Processing Time
Refunds are processed through Paddle.com Inc., our Merchant of Record. Once approved:
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days
- The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated
What Is Refundable
- The full purchase price of Shadow Scan reports purchased within the last 14 days
- Any add-on products purchased in the same transaction
Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted in cases of:
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds)
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us
