Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be satisfied with Shadow Scan. Because Shadow Scan is a digital product delivered electronically, the terms below explain when and how you can request a refund.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your purchase date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@shadowscan.co from the email address used for your purchase, and include your order number or the receipt sent to you by Paddle. No physical return is required, as Shadow Scan is a digital product.
3. Refund Processing
Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed through Paddle. Please allow up to ten (10) days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refunded amount to appear on your statement. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
4. Defective or Unsatisfactory Results
If you experienced a technical problem that prevented delivery of your report, or you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@shadowscan.co within the refund window and we will make it right.
