Shadow Scan is not a medical service. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. The content of the report is for informational and reflective purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from licensed practitioners.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Shadow Scan, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Purchases and Payment
All purchases are processed through Paddle.com Inc., our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, sales tax, and compliance. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms of Service.
All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

8. AI-Generated Content
Reports are generated using AI technology. While we strive for quality and relevance, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or limitations. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the report to your personal situation.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shadow Scan, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or psychological distress, arising from your use of the Service.
